4. Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. However, once your order is received, you are welcome to return it for a full refund if it meets our return policy.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed during holidays or sale periods may require additional time. Shipping occurs the following business day after processing.
